Joining our Basingstoke Hospital Social Work Team as an Assistant Manager you’ll work with professional health and social care colleagues to deliver excellent social work services. As an experienced, qualified Social Worker, you’ll handle safeguarding, complex cases and resource allocation, helping adults leaving hospital achieve to the best outcomes.
