Social Worker - Adult Learning Disability

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client's Adult Learning Disability Team in Manchester.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Complete Care Act assessments and reviews for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring support plans promote independence, choice, and control.


• Work collaboratively with health professionals, providers, and families to coordinate person‑centred support and manage complex needs.


• Safeguard adults at risk, carrying out risk assessments and contributing to multi‑agency planning to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration


• Eligible to work in the UK


• Hold a full UK driving licence


• Post-qualified experience


• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
