Social worker - Adults Community Team - North Somerset

Exciting opportunity for experienced Social Worker to work within the Adult Community Team in the coastal area of North Somerset. Rate up to 35ph. 3 month minimum contract 37 hours per week, that will be on going after initial review. Exciting opportunity in a lovely area in the South West. Good transport links from M5

Looking for a candidate to start asap,
The candidate will be required to attend the office, full time and have site visits, for the right candidate, Hybrid arrangements can be discussed with your line manager.
ideally have access to their own vehicle to attend visits

Adults Community Team
Local authority Background - ideally but not necessary
Potential successful candidate will be expected to carry out all roles and responsibilities of a registered Social Worker including but not limited to- screening of incoming referrals, signposting to appropriate services, completing Support Conversations ( Care Assessments), Mental Capacity Assessments , facilitating Best Interest decisions, designing Adult Provision Plan, reviewing adult provision plan and carry out safeguarding intervention where appropriate.

You will be SWE registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
