Social Worker - Adults - Home First Hospital Team

What will your responsibilities be?

• Primarily based at Morriston Hospital, with potential cover across Singleton, Neath Port Talbot, and Gorseinon.


• Direct hospital-based practice with community follow-up work.


• Office-based Monday to Friday – no remote working available.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration


• Eligible to work in the UK


• Hold a full UK driving licence


• Post-qualified experience


• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
