Key Responsibilities

Undertake assessments and develop outcome-focused plans that balance risk and need.
 Build effective relationships with children and families to ensure their voices inform care planning.
 Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to deliver coordinated safeguarding interventions.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement and audit processesAbout You

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Experience within children’s services, ideally in assessment or safeguarding teams.
