Job Title: Social Worker –  Adult Community Team
Location: Cheshire
Rate: £35 per hour

The Cheshire East Councill is looking for an Adult Social Worker to join their Adult Community team, offering a pay rate of £35 per hour.

What will your responsibilities be?
In your role, you will be responsible for adult safeguarding, ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults. You will make capacity and best interest decisions, ensuring that individuals' rights and preferences are respected. Additionally, you will support the community teams with assessments and reviews, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the service.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you should hold a full UK driving licence and possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work. You should also have post-qualified Experience.
