Liquid Personnel is recruiting experienced Social Workers to join a range of Children's Services teams in Vale of Glamorgan and across South Wales. Opportunities are available within CASP, Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings (PLO), Court, and Intake and Locality (Long-Term) teams.
In these roles, you will support children and families involved in child protection plans, pre-proceedings, and court processes, helping to safeguard children and improve outcomes for families. Working in line with the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and the Wales Safeguarding Procedures, you will take a strengths-based, child-focused approach, working in partnership with families and other professionals to achieve positive, lasting outcomes for children and young people.
You will be joining experienced and supportive teams led by established Team Managers and Principal Social Workers who are committed to professional development. Regular monthly supervision, ongoing learning and training opportunities, and a flexible hybrid working model are all on offer, alongside a collaborative team culture for those who value office-based support.
