Job Description - Social Worker - Duty and Assessment

Liquid Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Duty and Assessment Team in Windsor and Maidenhead.


Salary: Up to £48,932 (DOE)

About the Role


As a Duty and Assessment Social Worker you will:




  • Carry out high‑quality assessments and interventions




  • Work closely with families, partner agencies, and multi‑disciplinary teams




  • Contribute to safeguarding, planning, and delivering positive outcomes for children and young people




  • Uphold AFC’s values of inclusion, fairness, and child‑centred practice




Qualifications & Requirements




  • Relevant Social Work qualification




  • Completed ASYE




  • Active Social Work England registration



  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
