You'll manage a varied caseload, carry out complex assessments, and work directly with individuals, families, and carers to achieve outcomes that promote independence, dignity, and inclusion. This is an opportunity to contribute to an evolving model of locality-based social work that focuses on strengths-based approaches and collaborative working.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Undertake high-quality assessments and interventions

  • Support people in crisis and manage complex cases

  • Work in a strengths-based, outcome-focused way

  • Maintain strong multi-agency relationships

  • Uphold anti-discriminatory practice

  • Keep up to date with research, policy and best practice

  • Contribute to team development and service improvement

Experience as a Practice Educator or DoLS Assessor is desirable but not essential.

Why Work for Haringey?

Haringey is a borough full of energy, diversity and ambition. As we prepare to become the 2027 London Borough of Culture, we're proud to invest in services that empower our communities - and in the staff who help deliver them.
