?? Pertemps are recruiting for adult Social Workers to join a Neighbourhood Team! ??

Are you passionate about empowering adults to live independently and with dignity in their local communities? We're looking for a committed Adult Neighbourhood Social Worker to join our team and make a lasting impact.

?? Location: North West London ?? Contract Type: Permanent ?? Salary: £41,097 - £49,119

? What You’ll Be Doing:

To present complex information and chair meetings relating to individuals held on caseload.
Manage complex and high-risk cases.
To present cases to the Risk Enablement Panel and execute recommended actions.
To act as a Safeguarding Enquiry Officer in the progression of section 42(2) safeguarding investigations.

?? What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Experience working in adult social care or community-based services
Knowledge of legislation and frameworks including the Care Act, MCA, and safeguarding procedures
Excellent communication and partnership-building skills
Passion for driving meaningful change in local communities
