We are recruiting two experienced Social Workers to join Wiltshire's busy and supportive Support & Safeguarding Team based in Salisbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a tenacious safeguarding service supporting children from assessment through to Child Protection planning.

The Team

The service consists of:

* Social Workers

* Family Keyworkers

* Safeguarding Practitioners

* Experienced Management Team

Responsibilities

* Managing child in need and child protection cases

* Completing assessments and care planning

* Undertaking direct work with children and families

* Multi-agency safeguarding work

* Court work where required

* Working towards positive and sustainable family outcomes

Requirements

* Qualified Social Worker

* Social Work England registration

* Children's safeguarding experience

* Strong assessment and relationship-based practice skills

* Ability to manage a varied caseload
