Social Worker required to work at Assistant Team Manager level, for work within the Children & Families Service in the Fareham & Gosport area of Hampshire. Candidates will be working in the Locality Team. Contract for 3-6 months but will extend. £42ph

Development and a support environment is key to maintaining the high standard of service offered and a competent Assistant Team Manager is critical to the key objectives of increasing standards and continuous improvement to the quality of practice to shape a winning team. You will lead and manage a social work team, whose caseload will include care proceedings, children in need and children in care.

You will be SWE registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
