Sociology Teacher - Islington - ASAP Start

An Independent mixed academy in Islington requires a dedicated Sociology Teacher for an immediate temporary role. This position offers the chance to inspire students with a love of social studies and critical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers engaging Sociology lessons to students in Key Stages 4 and 5.


• Assesses student work and provides detailed feedback.


• Maintains accurate records of student progress.


• Organises debates and discussions on sociological issues.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for sociology.


• Experience teaching Sociology at the secondary level.
