About the Role

As a Soft Gel Production Operator, you will play a vital part in manufacturing high-quality nutritional supplements that are supplied to customers worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing products in line with production plans, on time and right first time.


• Manufacturing and blending capsules and liquid products to the highest quality standards.


• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.


• Preparing equipment before production and carrying out machine testing and checks.


• Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), BRC and Food Safety requirements.


• Completing production records and manufacturing documentation accurately and on time.


• Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.


• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.

Pay & Career Progression

Starting Rate: £12.75 per hour

Night Shift Premium: Additional £1.00 per hour

Through our dedicated training matrix, employees can increase their skills and progress to:
