We're recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation in Leicestershire, looking for a skilled Software Developer to join their internal team. You'll report to the Head of Development and play a hands-on role in designing, building, and maintaining both internal and client-facing systems.

• Essential: C#, .Net, SQL, Web Technologies

• Desirable: SSRS, Power BI, React, Tailwind, Next.js

• Work across the full SDLC in an Agile environment

• Contribute to system architecture and requirements planning

• Build and maintain web, desktop, and database applications

• Support junior developers and liaise with key stakeholders

• Ensure testing, documentation, and best practices are followed

• 2+ years in a similar role

• Strong troubleshooting & communication skills

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
