Software Developer

Hays are supporting a business in Cheltenham that are looking to hire a permanent Software Developer to join the growing team. The salary is up to c£55,000 and hybrid working is offered.

In the role you'll support bespoke software and play an important role in enhancing, maintaining and evolving the platform. You'll integrate third-party software systems and collaborate with the wider data team to support reporting / analytics using Microsoft Fabric. You'll ensure code quality, version control and documentation using Azure DevOps. You'll develop features within the software using C# (Blazor & WinForms) JavaScript and MAUI. You'll design and implement database structures using SQL and build REST APIs.

To be considered, you'll need to be an experienced software developer with strong skills in C#, JavaScript, and Python. Exposure with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Fabric would be beneficial. Experience working on ERP-style systems would also be beneficial. Experience with Agile teams or ITIL frameworks would be beneficial.
