You'll be working alongside experienced full stack developers, helping to build intuitive, responsive web applications while contributing ideas that shape the future direction of the company's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain modern web applications using the Microsoft technology stack.

* Design and build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance and usability.

* Produce clean, maintainable and high-quality code.

* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver innovative software solutions.

* Contribute ideas and best practices to support the evolution of products and platforms.

* Participate in greenfield development projects from concept through to delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Commercial experience developing applications using C# and .NET.

* Experience with ASP.NET MVC.

* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

* Experience with, or a genuine interest in learning, Blazor.

* Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

* Understanding of software design principles, including scalability, performance, maintainability, reliability, usability and security.

Desirable Skills

* Experience using DevExpress or similar UI component libraries.

* Exposure to .NET MAUI or cross-platform mobile development.

* Native iOS or Android development experience.

* Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
