on the search for a

Software Developer . This is a permanent remote based role, in the

UK.

As the

Software Developer , you will play a crucial role in developing, customizing, and maintaining Business Central solutions tailored to meet our clients' unique business requirements. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable and sustainable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client specifications and requirements.
Design and implement enhancements, modifications, and integrations to existing Business Central implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and propose innovative solutions to address their needs.
Perform system configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Business Central environments.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user manuals.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other relevant technologies.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project team members as needed.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C/AL, AL, C#, and JavaScript.
Experience with customization and extension development in Business Central, including the use of extensions, events, and APIs.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate are advantageous.
