Software Development Engineer in Test

Purpose of the role

As a SDET here you’ll get to redefine mobile-first banking so you’ll not only join a team at the forefront of innovation you’ll benefit from professional growth.

You’ll support them in moving away from third party reliance by working as part of a cross functional delivery team to create, implement & maintain fully automated functional & non-functional tests. The shared goal is to help improve testing efficiency and support continuous delivery.

Your day to day will include:

• Driving test automation and embed shift-left practices into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design test strategies and perform exploratory testing to ensure quality.
• Support and improve testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Coach and collaborate across teams to promote testing excellence and smooth delivery.

What they’re Looking For

• Proven experience in SDET or Test Automation roles in a Java environment
• Strong hands-on skills with tools like Appium, Postman, Selenium, GitLab.
• Experience designing and evolving test automation frameworks.
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in testing.
