Software Engineer

Our client operate in an industry where precision, innovation, and clever engineering come together to make some seriously impressive stuff. We are looking to appoint a Software Engineer who’s fluent in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.

The Software Engineer:

• Designing, developing, and troubleshooting PLC programs using Allen Bradley (Studio 5000) and Siemens (TIA Portal).

• Working on bespoke automation projects—no boring, cookie-cutter systems here.

• Collaborating with our engineering and production teams to bring machines to life (literally and figuratively).

• Integrating and optimizing control systems for high-efficiency manufacturing lines.

• Getting hands-on during commissioning, testing

• Keeping your code clean, your documentation sharp, and your problem-solving skills even sharper.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs—you know your way around both platforms.

• An understanding of how automation fits into the bigger manufacturing picture.

• Confidence with industrial networks and protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, etc.).

• A logical mind, a love of learning, and maybe a few nerdy habits (no judgment).
