Software Engineer

Hamiltonian Dynamics is a start-up based in Gloucestershire, Manchester and London working in the National and Cyber Security industries. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with team lead experience to join our growing technology team in our next phase of expansion.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in one or more of the following technologies but who is also open minded about learning new languages and tools:

Our Process

We like to keep things nice and simple! Therefore, we have a three stage interview process. The first is a chat with our recruiter, Sarah, lasting up to 30 minutes and the next is a 1 hour Teams call with two of the team. Finally, you'll get to meet two of our Founders for an informal chat. It's as easy as that! We believe organic conversation is the best way to find out about someone. After all, recruitment is a two-way process!

Due to the nature of the role, you must be a UK Citizen and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years. This role requires you to be SC cleared or could become SC cleared. The ideal candidate will undergo higher level clearance vetting in the future which will require you to be on the customer site full time.

The role is initially a remote role, but you will need to be commutable to Gloucestershire to enable you to work on customer premises once you have gained your clearance.

The salary banding for this role is £43-53k, depending on experience.
