Back-End Engineer

Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: Initial end March 2027, with potential extension to July 2027
Rate: £440pd - £500pd (Inside IR35)
Security Clearance: Active SC required

Role Overview:
As a Back-End Engineer, you will join the External Interfaces and Common Components domain, working on:

- Banking interfaces
- Reference data services
- Printing services
- Integration with external systems
- Development and maintenance of shared components for business-facing applications

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Java engineering teams and leverage AI-assisted development methods to drive accelerated delivery.
- Manage dependencies within parallel transformation projects.
- Contribute to a major initiative aimed at significantly upgrading technological capabilities
