We are partnered with a leading organisation that is seeking a Software Engineer to focus on improving how developers build, test, and deliver software. The role centres on creating tools, platforms, and workflows that enable engineering teams to work more efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain systems, frameworks, and pipelines that support the full software development lifecycle.
  

• Develop automation and tooling to streamline workflows and speed up iteration cycles.
  

• Enhance release and deployment processes to enable faster and more reliable delivery.
  

• Research and implement emerging technologies, including AI -assisted development tools.
  

• Define and monitor metrics to measure developer productivity.
  

• Partner with engineering teams to identify challenges and deliver solutions that reduce friction and increase efficiency.
  

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in software engineering with experience in scalable systems and tooling.
  

• Familiarity with modern development practices, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
  

• Demonstrated ability to improve development processes and productivity.
  

• Strong problem -solving skills with a collaborative approach.
  

• Keen interest in emerging trends in developer experience and software delivery.
