We're seeking a Software Engineering & Development Officer to join an Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering team and support the development of secure, scalable technology in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop IAM solutions across the full software lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing).
• Write clean, maintainable code using programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Create and run unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and reduce technical risk.
• Apply SQL and Database Administration expertise in system maintenance and enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering software solutions in enterprise-scale environments.
• Prior experience working in or alongside Cybersecurity teams.
• Strong understanding of IAM systems and secure software development.
• Proficient in SQL and experience in Database Administration.
• Knowledge of enterprise-scale systems architecture and deployment.
