Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver high quality solutions that meet business requirements.

This role combined technical expertise with leadership and team management.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Leading, motivating, and inspiring a team of engineers
• Communicate technical concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to design and oversee the implementation of complex systems and architectures.
• High-level coding skills (C#)
• Expertise in reviewing code, ensuring adherence to best practices, and maintaining high-quality standards.
