Job Description - Software Go-To-Market Lead

An opportunity to build, scale and transform the go-to-market strategies for a cutting-edge SAP Supply Chain software (SaaS) company. Ideal if you’re interested in scaling a software business.

Job title: Software Go-To-Market Lead / Software Growth Lead

Employment:  Permanent

Travel: Infrequent

Location: UK based, with a Northwest preference / hybrid working

The role overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven and creative leader who is ready to lead go-to-market strategies for The Config Team Supply Chain Software (SAP / SaaS).

Taking the reins of our software marketing and sales strategy and guiding cross-functional teams, the role will continue to help drive our software growth plans and elevate our brand globally.

From identifying market opportunities to crafting innovative and creative campaigns, you’ll be at the forefront of scaling our SAP Supply Chain software solutions.

  • Lead and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to drive global growth for SAP Supply Chain Software.

  • Develop creative campaigns and initiatives to attract and retain enterprise customers, ensuring long-term success.

  • Design competitive pricing models to secure high-value enterprise deals while maintaining profitability.

  • Expand sales through strategic partnerships, including SAP and global platforms, while building a strong multi-channel presence.

  • Champion product launches with impactful positioning, marketing plans, and sales enablement materials.

  • Create a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration across sales and marketing teams.

  • Inspire and mentor high-performing teams, ensuring alignment with company values and growth objectives.



About you

Ideally you will;

  • Bring a wealth of experience from a marketing and sales background, ideally within Supply Chain Software (SAP / SaaS).

  • Have a proven track record of utilizing marketing strategies to scale software businesses across global markets.

  • Be a strategic thinker with a creative edge, you excel at crafting and executing strategies thought the use of data-driven decisions that drive software growth.
