Software Project Manager

We are seeking a Software Project Manager with experience in the B2B iGaming sector to lead the end-to-end delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including platforms, games integration, regulatory compliance, and third-party vendor coordination.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects while managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of delivery projects, from planning and scoping through to launch and post-deployment support.


• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met while managing expectations around timelines and deliverables.


• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Development, QA, Compliance, etc.) to ensure alignment and execution across all project phases.


• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.


• Lead cross-functional stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.


• Ensure documentation, reporting, and client communications are consistent and clear.


• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and communication strategies.
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrable project delivery/management experience in a B2B iGaming environment.


• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects, particularly in regulated markets.


• Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, game providers, integrations, APIs, and regulatory requirements.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Proficiency in a range of project management tools (we use Jira)


• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
