Software Sales Executive – Recruitment Technology

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic plus commission

We are looking for an experienced Software Sales Executive to help drive the growth of a newly developed recruitment software platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused salesperson with experience selling recruitment CRMs, candidate databases, talent management systems or other recruitment technology solutions.

Based from our Sevenoaks office, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating the software to prospective customers and developing long-term relationships with recruitment agencies and other businesses operating within the recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Identifying and approaching potential customers within the recruitment industry

* Generating new business through telephone, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face activity

* Demonstrating the recruitment software to prospective clients

* Understanding customer requirements and presenting suitable solutions

* Developing relationships with recruitment agencies and decision-makers

* Attending client meetings across the UK

* Managing the full sales process from initial contact through to close

* Preparing proposals and negotiating commercial terms

* Maintaining accurate sales pipeline and customer information

* Working closely with the software development and management teams

* Providing customer feedback to support future product development

* Representing the business at industry events, meetings and exhibitions where required

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience selling recruitment software, recruitment CRMs, databases, talent management software or a similar technology product

* A strong understanding of how recruitment agencies operate

* Proven experience developing new business and winning new customers

* Confident delivering software demonstrations and sales presentations

* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

* Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working to sales targets

* Able to manage the full sales cycle independently

* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

* Willingness to travel to visit customers and develop new business

This is a key appointment within a growing recruitment technology business and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to play an important role in launching and developing an exciting new software product.

The position offers a basic salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience, plus an attractive commission structure to be discussed
