In this role you would be responsible for helping customers and clients over the phone and via email, offering software support and advice troubleshooting issues and providing overall good customer service.

The ideal Software Support would have come from an IT background, with good customer service skills and would be willing to learn and adapt in an IT customer facing environment.

The Role:

• Providing software and troubleshooting advice to customers
• Operating at a helpdesk over the phone, via emails and over live chats
• Providing customer care and support

The Person:

• IT software literate
• General interest in IT with the willingness to learn on the job
• Good customer service and communication skills
