About the Role:
Here at Anson McCade we are working with a global consulting client of ours on the search for a skilled Support Engineer to join their existing Belfast operation. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and performance of our clients' systems. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain client system performance using monitoring tools.
Provide expert support and troubleshooting for

Java 8

applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital transformation solutions.
Develop and implement monitoring strategies using

Grafana and Kibana .
Utilize fundamental tools and languages such as

SQL, Unix, CLI tools, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, HTML, and CSS.
Work with external and embedded databases, both relational and NoSQL, such as MongoDB, MySQL, Flink, Cassandra, SQL Server, and Postgres. Develop schemas to support business logic and data.
Manage and support both production and non-production instances of services.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience with monitoring tools, specifically Grafana and Kibana.
Strong proficiency in Java 8.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
