Software Test Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Test Development Engineer with expertise in automated test systems using LabVIEW to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge test solutions for advanced automotive electronics.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

• Design and develop automated test applications using National Instruments LabVIEW
• Proven expertise in developing closed-loop test solutions for embedded systems, ideally within automotive or electronics industries
• Advanced LabVIEW development experience
• Strong software design skills, with hands-on experience in system integration
• A methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting in high-pressure environments
• Experience debugging and optimizing real-time software systems
• you'll play a vital role in designing and implementing cutting-edge test solutions for advanced automotive electronics

Within this position, you’ll also be:

• Develop closed-loop test systems using LabVIEW within existing hardware frameworks
• Design and build bespoke Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) solutions, including electronic circuits, PCB layouts, and material fabrications
• Proven experience developing applications using LabVIEW
• Implement automated test frameworks and tools to enhance consistency, efficiency, and repeatability in testing
• Maintain and troubleshoot HIL systems, diagnosing integration issues across hardware and software components
