The company are an established electrical services business delivering solar PV, battery installation and EV works across Farnborough and the surrounding area. They are part of a wider national group with big ambitions and this is a brand-new role which can offer great long-term stability and progression.

In this role you will work on solar projects independently on site, turning your hand to whatever the week demands. You will be supported through your 2391 Test & Inspection and then given the training and mentoring to take on technical and compliance ownership of the company's solar work, working towards holding QS status for the business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Electrician with hands-on solar PV experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and wants to gain their 2391. They need to be commutable to Farnborough and have a full UK driving licence.

The Role:

Working across solar PV installations, managing three to four jobs per week
Supported to complete your 2391 Test & Inspection
Clear pathway into the Qualified Supervisor role once qualified
Working independently on site with the flexibility of a hybrid arrangement
Local patch with most work in the Farnborough area
Training in wider renewable technologies including battery storage and EV

Qualified Electrician
Hands-on solar PV experience
Looking to gain 2391 and progress to Qualified Supervisor level
Commutable to Farnborough and full UK driving licence
