Solar Field Sales Representative – Self-Employed / High Commission

Eaasy Heat Company is growing and we're looking for experienced Solar Field Sales Representatives to join our team.

Eaasy Heat is a growing renewable energy company helping homeowners across the UK reduce their energy costs and improve the efficiency of their homes through solar PV, battery storage and air source heat pump solutions.

We're now expanding our sales team and are looking for confident Solar Field Reps who can attend appointments, build trust with homeowners and close the sale.

The Opportunity

This is a self-employed, commission-based field sales role suited to experienced salespeople who want the opportunity to earn significant commission without a ceiling on their earnings.

You'll be attending customer appointments, carrying out a professional consultation and recommending the most suitable renewable energy solution for the customer.

Your Role

As a Solar Field Representative, you will:

* Attend pre-booked homeowner appointments

* Assess the customer's energy requirements and property

* Explain solar PV and battery storage solutions

* Present pricing and finance options where applicable

* Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners

* Negotiate where required

* Keep accurate records of your appointments and sales

What We're Looking For

* Confident and professional face-to-face

* A proven closer

* Able to build rapport quickly with homeowners

* Organised and reliable

* Comfortable working independently on a self-employed basis

* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required

* Previous experience in a similar role.

Commission & Earnings

* Self-employed position

* High commission per completed sale
