The Role:

Soldering cables, wires and electrical components.
Assembling cable components in line with work instructions.
Testing completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Carrying out visual inspections and identifying defects.
Following production processes and health and safety procedures.
Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and supporting the wider production team.What We're Looking For:

Previous soldering, cable assembly, electronics or production experience is beneficial.
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
A methodical approach to assembly and quality checking.
Reliable, motivated and keen to learn new skills.
A willingness to develop within a hands-on manufacturing environment.What's In It For You?
