A reputable law firm known for its personable approach and modern outlook is seeking a Solicitor with circa 2 years' PQE to join their Residential Conveyancing team. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated Solicitor to develop their expertise within a supportive and progressive environment, working alongside experienced conveyancers on a varied and high-quality caseload.

The incoming Solicitor will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing files, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new builds.

You'll be given autonomy and responsibility early on, with the support of a collaborative team structure and access to modern systems. The firm values client care highly, so an ability to build trusted relationships with clients and agents is essential.

• England & Wales qualified Solicitor with approximately 2 years' PQE
• Solid experience handling residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client service ethos
• Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• A team player with commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Competitive salary likely to be in the region of £42,000 - £50,000
