Solicitor

A highly regarded commercial law firm based in Harrow is seeking an experienced Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join their specialist Real Estate team. This opportunity would suit a confident and technically strong Solicitor with expertise in commercial property and real estate finance who is looking to progress their career within a collaborative, growing practice.

The successful Solicitor will join a well-established real estate department that works closely with developers, investors, lenders, and commercial clients across a wide range of property matters. The role is based in North West London, within easy reach of HA1.

This is a full-spectrum Solicitor role, with a strong focus on commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and refinances. The role will involve managing a varied caseload of real estate finance transactions and advising on landlord and tenant issues, development projects, and secured lending work.

The successful Solicitor will also be expected to support junior fee earners, engage in business development, and build long-standing client relationships.

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE
• Proven experience in commercial property and real estate finance
• Able to manage a broad caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
• Excellent client-facing skills and a proactive, commercial mindset

• Competitive salary in the range of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
