A fantastic position has become available for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Probate Solicitor, CILEx, or a Private Client specialist keen to focus on Probate work, to become part of a well-regarded legal practice based in Tunbridge Wells.

About the Position
The ideal applicant will bring 4–5 years of background in either Probate or broader Private Client law. This role entails handling a diverse and fulfilling caseload, with tasks including:

• Examining estate documentation and carrying out thorough assessments of assets and debts.
• Compiling Inheritance Tax forms and detailed estate financial statements.
• Applying for and securing Grants of Probate or Administration.
• Administering the disposal, reassignment, or closure of estate holdings.
• Addressing estate-related liabilities, including income tax and capital gains tax matters.
• Establishing trusts as instructed by wills and overseeing the correct allocation of estate wealth.
• Drafting full Estate Accounts for the benefit of heirs and interested parties.
