An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a close-knit, friendly legal team in Eastbourne. This full-time, office-based role is perfect for a solicitor looking to handle a varied and engaging caseload with the support of experienced colleagues and a collaborative working culture.

The Role:
Working alongside a highly regarded partner and a supportive team of solicitors, trainees, and secretarial staff, the successful candidate will manage a wide spectrum of personal injury cases – from road traffic accidents to complex building site incidents. There is also a significant element of clinical negligence, and previous experience in this area would be highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of personal injury matters
• Conducting clinical negligence claims
• Exercising discretion in case selection to maintain high success rates
• Collaborating closely with secretarial support and trainee solicitors

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years PQE in personal injury law
• Experience or special interest in clinical negligence is highly advantageous
• Proactive, committed, and confident in managing own files
• A team player who thrives in a friendly and supportive environment
