Role Overview:
As a Private Client Lawyer (Solicitor or Associate), your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax mitigation
• Establishing and overseeing trusts
• Providing estate planning solutions for business proprietors and agricultural clients
• Drafting complex testamentary documents and handling estate variation post-mortem
• Guiding junior colleagues and contributing to strategic growth efforts

The Ideal Profile:

• At least 4 years of PQE within the Private Client sector
• Proven ability to serve wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs, and property owners
• Deep understanding of tax strategies, asset safeguarding, and legacy planning
• Strong leadership skills with previous team oversight experience
• Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused mindset
