• Salary: £75,000- £100,000 (dependant on experience- negotiable)

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Intellectual Property Solicitor with to join our collaborative legal team. This senior-level position offers the opportunity to lead on complex IP and corporate matters, advise high-profile clients, and contribute to the strategic growth of their practice. The role is ideal for a solicitor who thrives in a client-focused, entrepreneurial environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of IP matters including trademarks, patents, copyright, design rights, and confidential information.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements, and collaboration contracts.
• Manage and resolve IP disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
• Advise on IP aspects of commercial transactions, including M&A and joint ventures.
• Conduct IP audits and assist clients with portfolio management and brand protection strategies.
• Work closely with investment professionals, high-net-worth entrepreneurs, and multi-family offices through major investment houses.
• Advise on offshore entities, investment structures, fund formation, and management.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on AI, tech, crypto assets, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 8+ years PQE in intellectual property law.
• Strong technical knowledge across all core areas of IP, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver high-quality legal solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working with investment-focused client groups and complex corporate structures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, or from our Mayfair office.
