• Salary: £55,000- £80,000 (dependant on experience- negotiable)

We are seeking a commercially astute and motivated Corporate Solicitor to join a collaborative legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate matters, support high-profile clients, and contribute to the ongoing growth of our practice. It is ideal for a solicitor who thrives in a client-focused, entrepreneurial environment, and is looking to develop their expertise within a dynamic and supportive team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, restructurings, and corporate governance.
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
• Supporting clients through the full lifecycle of corporate transactions.
• Conducting legal due diligence and managing deal processes.
• Working closely with partners and senior associates on complex matters.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
• A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
• Experience in private M&A and general corporate advisory work is highly desirable.
