A respected and growing law firm based in Portsmouth is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy Residential Property department.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion

* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

* Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters

* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties

* Delivering high standards of client care and maintaining strong client relationships

* Ensuring files are managed efficiently and compliantly

Requirements

* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing

* Ability to manage files independently

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

* Team-oriented with a proactive approach
