Your Recruitment Coach are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join the Family and Litigation team of an established and highly respected law firm based in Romford.

Working closely with the Head of Family, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career, take on greater responsibility and progress towards a supervisory role within the Family department.

The firm has been established for over 70 years and has a strong, loyal client base. They have specialists across their various areas of law and pride themselves on providing a personal service to their clients.

The Role for Family Law Solicitor

Your experience will cover a broad range of private Family Law matters, including:

* Divorce and separation

* Financial matters

* Private children matters

* Cohabitation agreements

* TOLATA

* Domestic Violence Injunctions

* Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements

There will also be the opportunity to take on more responsibility, including supervising and supporting junior members of the team as you progress.

The Candidate

We're looking for someone with:

* Minimum 4 years PQE in Family Law Solicitor

* Strong experience across private Family Law

* Experience dealing with privately funded clients – no legal aid work

* The ability to manage your own caseload and complex legal matters

* Excellent communication and client management skills

* Experience training or supervising paralegals, trainees or junior solicitors

* Strong leadership qualities and ambition to progress

* A track record of achieving billing, career and business development objectives

* The ability to build and maintain client and referral relationships

* Excellent organisational and administration skills

* A professional, friendly and approachable manner

* LEAP experience would be beneficial but is not essential
