Solicitor - £120,000 - £130,000 - 3-4 Years PQE - London - Hybrid Working

I am partnering with a well-established law firm based in London, known for delivering expert legal services with a personal touch. Our firm offers a supportive and collaborative working environment and is committed to the ongoing professional development of our team.

This business are open to a variety of specialisms, providing the right candidate has proven experience in managing a caseload and are well versed in their area of specialism.

This Solicitor role includes the following duties:

• Manage a varied caseload in your area of legal expertise (e.g., family law, conveyancing, wills & probate, commercial law, litigation, etc.)

• Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients

• Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings as required

• Maintain and develop client relationships through professional and personable service

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations

• Contribute to business development initiatives and networking events

The ideal candidate for this Solicitor role will have the following experience:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-4 years PQE

• Solid grounding with demonstrable experience of handling a diverse caseload.

• Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• A commercial and practical approach to problem-solving.

• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise effectively under pressure.

• Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.

• Experience with Lexcel-accredited or similar quality environments (desirable but not essential).
