Solicitor

A well-recognised National Legal 500 firm based in Liverpool are looking for an experienced Residential Solicitor/Manager to join and manage a team.

You will be expected to be a qualified lawyer with over 5 years PQE or an experienced residential Conveyancer used to working their own caseload or managing a team.

To be considered for this role, you will need: 5years PQE Manage a small residential property caseload.

Qualified solicitor or experienced conveyancer who is used to handling their own caseload or managing a team.

Experience with investors and investor finance on new development purchases is desirable Knowledge of operations and systems from a technical and compliance viewpoint.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills, an analytical approach to come to the best legal solutions.

Comply at all times with the Solicitors Regulation Authorities Rules This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor/ experienced Conveyancer to join a leading firm, gain invaluable experience and further develop their career.

The firm offer a competitive salary up to £50,000 DOE.
