Job Description - Solicitor - Civil Litigation - 3+ years PQE

Solicitor - Civil Litigation | Public Sector | Hertfordshire

We’re recruiting a qualified solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join the legal services team of a Hertfordshire-based public sector organisation focused on community safety and law enforcement.

This varied role includes:

Advising on and defending civil claims
Handling employment tribunal matters and inquests
Leading on civil protection order applications
Supervising and developing a small legal team

We’re looking for someone with strong litigation experience, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to integrity and high standards.
