Job Description - Solicitor - Family Law

Role Overview:
A leading full-service firm in the North West is looking to expand its Family Law team with the addition of an Associate Solicitor. This role will be based across offices in Manchester and Sale, with hybrid working offered. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children matters, providing empathetic, clear, and commercially sound advice to clients.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:

3+ years’ PQE in private family law
Experience managing a full family law caseload, including litigation
Confident handling financial and children disputes
Strong knowledge of SRA regulations and legal compliance
Excellent communication and client care skills
Proven ability to meet billing and performance targets
Court experience preferred
