Director of Litigation

One of the UK’s fastest-growing law firms is looking for an experienced Director of Litigation to lead its litigation department. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to shape legal strategy, oversee complex cases, and mentor a dynamic team.

The Role:

• Provide strategic leadership and manage litigation across housing disrepair, tenancy deposit disputes, enforcement actions, and general litigation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and excellence in client service.
• Develop policies, monitor KPIs, and engage with external stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing legal team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (England & Wales) with 7+ years PQE.
• Proven leadership in litigation with expertise in housing law, particularly disrepair, tenancy deposits and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and case management skills.
• Passionate about justice, client empowerment, and legal innovation.

What’s on Offer?

• Salary: £70,000 - £80,000.
• Benefits: Private healthcare, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, death in service, birthday day off, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
• Role Type: Permanent, full-time.
