OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking experienced Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join highly reputable, Legal 500-recognised firms with well-established departments. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence matters from instruction to resolution
• Handle litigated and pre-litigated claims, including complex and high-value cases
• Work independently with minimal supervision while being part of a collaborative team
• Take initial instructions, draft legal documents, and provide clear, practical legal advice
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Engage in business development activities to help grow the department
• Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with firm procedures
• Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and other parties professionally and effectively

ABOUT YOU

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive NQ+
• Demonstrable experience in managing a caseload in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence
• Confident communicator with strong client care and negotiation skills
• Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines under pressure
• A proactive approach and willingness to be involved in the department's growth
