Solicitor/Probate Paralegal

We are urgently seeking a qualified Solicitor, CILEX professional, or highly experienced probate practitioner to join our busy and growing private client team. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters

• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX, or significant hands-on experience in probate

• Excellent understanding of probate processes and inheritance tax matters
